Are your juices 100% natural?

Yes. Our juices contain nothing but raw fruits and vegetables, with no added sugars, preservatives, concentrates, or artificial flavors. What you taste is exactly what we press.

Are your juices suitable for all ages?

Our juices are made from whole produce and are family-friendly. That said, multi-day cleanses are designed for adults, so we recommend checking with your doctor before starting a cleanse, especially for children, pregnant women, or anyone with a medical condition.

How do you ensure the freshness of your juices?

We press your juice to order and ship it cold, never from a warehouse shelf. Bottles travel in insulated, chilled packaging so they reach you as fresh as the moment they were pressed.

Are your juices a good source of vitamins and minerals?

Absolutely. Because we cold-press and never heat-treat our juice, we retain far more of the vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes found in raw produce than conventional, pasteurized juices.

How do you source your ingredients?

We source fresh, high-quality produce from trusted growers, prioritizing organic and local whenever possible. Everything is washed, prepped, and pressed in our Bronx facility.

Are your juices cold-pressed?

Yes, 100%. We use a hydraulic cold-press that extracts juice without heat or oxidation, preserving the nutrients and flavor that high-speed centrifugal juicers tend to destroy.

Do you offer juice cleanses?

Yes. We offer 1-day, 3-day, and 5-day cleanse programs built around our green juices, plus bridal cleanse packages. Each comes with pre-cleanse and post-cleanse guidance to help you get the most from your reset.

What is the shelf life of your juices?

Because our juices are raw and free of preservatives, they stay fresh for 3 to 5 days when refrigerated. We recommend drinking them as soon as possible for peak taste and nutrition.

Can I freeze the juices?

Yes. If you can't drink your juice within a few days, you can freeze it and thaw it in the fridge. Freezing slightly affects texture but locks in the nutrients until you're ready to enjoy it.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of our juices.

Can I schedule my delivery?

Yes, during checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your juices arrive fresh.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available in select areas for orders placed before 2 PM. Check our delivery options at checkout to see if it's available in your region.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow the delivery status in real-time.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

What ingredients do you use in your juices?

Only whole fruits and vegetables, such as kale, cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon, ginger, beet, carrot, and orange, depending on the blend. Every ingredient is listed on the product page so you always know exactly what's inside.

Do your juices contain any added sugars?

Never. The only sugars in our juices are the natural ones found in the fruits and vegetables themselves. We never add cane sugar, syrups, or sweeteners of any kind.

Are your juices vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, all of our juices are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences.

How should I store the juices?

Our juices are perishable and should be stored in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery. For the best taste and nutrition, we recommend consuming them within 3-5 days.

Can I customize my juice?

Currently, we offer a wide variety of pre-designed juices, but we also offer a "Build Your Own Juice" option where you can select the ingredients you love.

What's your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our juices, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

What should I do if I receive the wrong juice order?

If you receive the wrong items, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Can I return juices if I don’t like the taste?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for taste preferences since our juices are made fresh to order. However, we encourage you to try a variety of our blends, as taste can vary depending on the ingredients.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of the product.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery and the juices are left at your door, they are your responsibility once delivered. Since the products are perishable, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for missed deliveries.
